St. Sebastiaan Grand Cru is a golden, heavy fermented abbey beer, with a distinctive fruity aroma and subtle hints of elaborately selected herbs. It has a nice balance between sweet and bitter, and a nice full-bodied taste, with a soft, malty aftertaste. St. Sebastiaan Grand Cru is re-fermented, by the brewery on the jug, and on the bottle. The result is a nice, clear beer with a wonderful aroma and, for those who love it, with a touch of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
