This orange wine, produced from a single Xynisteri vineyard. that was planted in 1966, is dedicated to the Cypriot vigneron, who worked hard throughout the centuries, so that we can now enjoy a unique terroir to be proud of.
TASTING NOTES
Nelion The Vigneron reveals aromas of apple, orange peel, peppermint peel and nuts from the 7 months ageing in oak barrels, where it slowly develops structure, finesse and complexity. The wine has medium to full body, moderate acidity and very subtly noticeable tannins.
PAIRINGS
Nelion The Vigneron pairs well with Asian and spicy dishes such as tandoori chichen and baked lamb or goat and baked or grilled fish.
