TASTING NOTES
Konstantara Sauvignon Blanc has bright light blond colour with yellow highlights, intense aromatic character of white flesh and tropical fruits and notes of wild flowers. It is delicate on the palate with satisfactory acidity, balanced flavors and a cool, flowery and fruity aftertaste.

Konstantara Sauvignon Blanc pairs wonderfully with cool salads with citrus dressing, classic Mediterranean dishes such as grilled fish, seafood and vegetable dishes, asparagus, white meats, grilled chicken, and Asian cuisine. You can enjoy it on its own, as a cool aperitif, or with yellow and white cheese platters (feta or goat cheese).
