TASTING NOTES
Konstantara Tres Sacre has intense purple color. The nose has complexity as well as finesse. Aromas of ripe fruit such as raspberry, sour cherry, cherry and black raspberry along with spicy characters such as nutmeg cinnamon, black pepper, tobacco and leather notes make up the nose. In the mouth it is silky, with a velvety texture, full, with ripe tannins and balanced acidity, offering aromas of ripe fruit, cloves, black pepper and a touch of herbs, which faithfully follow the aromas of the nose even more accentuated. The aftertaste is long and complex. Mature yet so young at the same time.
PAIRINGS
Konstantara Tres Sacre pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, spit roasts, red meats, pot or oven game with spicy sauces, but also with a variety of hard cheeses and cold cuts.
