In Metsovo’s local Vlach dialect inima means ‘heart, soul’. This wine is an expression of the positive energy and enthusiasm of everyone who has put their heart and soul into the production of this new range of wines from Katogi Averoff.
TASTING NOTES
The nose is dominated by floral and vanilla aromas, combined with notes of red fruits and spices. In the mouth is bold, with a similar aromatic character, elegant acidity and rich flavor. A rosé wine with a special personality.
PAIRINGS
As an alternative to red wine, for dishes with meat.
