The Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg is a wine of great tension and minerality, with vibrant citrus notes and a precise, dry finish.

Weinbach Riesling Grand Cru “Schlossberg” pairs beautifully with Alsatian cuisine, Asian-inspired dishes, Thai cuisine, white meats, seafood and fish and mild cheeses (fresh goat’s cheese, Comté, aged Gruyèr).
