TASTING NOTES
Avantis Estate Sauvignon Blanc has pale lemon-green colour, pronounced nose with intensity of citrus (grapefruit – lime), exotic fruit aromas (melon – passion fruit), pear and peach and herbaceous aromas of mint – lemongrass and grass. Avantis Sauvignon Blanc is fruity on the palate, full bodied with sharp acidity and long finish.
PAIRINGS
Avantis Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with Greek and Meditterranean cusine, seafood and shellfish, vegetable dishes with herbs and light sauces. It also ideally acompanies platters with white light chesses, such as fetta, halloumi, mozzarella and goat cheese (chèvre).
