TASTING NOTES
Avantis Ayios Chronos Red has a dark ruby colour, nose of intense complex bouquet, aroma of violet, liquorice and red fruit. Spicy rich palate, delicate fine grained velvet tannins, slightly high acidity. High flavour intensity of apricots, nicely mixing with sweet red fruit, spices and long finish.
PAIRINGS
Avantis Agios Chronos Red pairs well with grilled meats, steaks and BBQ, game and rich dishes like stews and meat with wine sauces. It also accompanies well cold cuts and mature and hard cheeses.
Aging: 10 years.
Unfiltered and unstabilized wine. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is normal. It is recommended to decant it into a carafe 1 hour before consumption.
