Nelion 2 Rizes Red is produced from grapes that are grown in separate vineyards at different altitudes, on the slopes of Diarizos river valley. Bold Carignan is blended in stainless-steel tanks with aromatic and fruit-forward Grenache, a small amount of versatile Cinsault and Mavro, an indigenous light bodied variety that thrives in the Cypriot vineyard. The final blend matures for four months on fine lees from Xynisteri wine.
