Grape Variety: Assyrtiko
Sigalas Santorini Assyrtiko has pale lemon color. The nose is expressive and fruit-forward with notes of stone fruit and citrus -peach, lemon, lime. A floral character follows gently in the background, mainly of lemon blossoms. Oily mouthfeel with powerful structure, while the bright acidity contributes to the balance and the long finish of the wine. The wine has the characteristic mineral taste -typical of the variety and the soil of Santorini- at its very best.
