From Woodford Reserve’s Master’s Collection comes a bourbon made using chocolate malted rye! This expression features a mashbill of 70% corn, 15% distillers malt and 15% chocolate malted rye, which is malted rye that has been heavily roasted, leading to a caramelised, chocolatey flavour profile. Impressive stuff – the eponymous grain really does come through on the flavour profile.
