Description
Grape Varieties: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese blend
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the soaking lasts about 12 days for both Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. It then ages for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and for another three months in the bottle. The wine is distinguished by a good structure and is extremely malleable making it very pleasant.
