PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is produced from a unique, organic vineyard on the exceptional, limestone slope Lakomatia and specifically from the upper hill of the mountain slope at an altitude of 600 meters. In this excellent location, the sea refreshing breeze penetrates through the cup-shaped vineyards, from all directions, cooling them throughout the day. The cultivation is organic and is carried out with no irrigation, with great care and mild manual means. The barrenness of the area and the careful way of cultivation contribute to our very small acreage yields and our always excellent grapes.
With careful sorting, we use only the best grapes for our wine. Winemaking is done with gentle methods, as naturally as possible, allowing the land and the variety to express their own personality. We have chosen not to use clarifiers and filters, in order to better preserve the authentic character of our wine.
In this unique vineyard, the grapes cohabit with thyme and various wild herbs, offering a rare Robola, with herbal and spicy aromas. In the mouth equal doses of noticeable acidity and the mineral character compose a wine of absolute harmony.
