Description
One of the more easy-drinking beers in its category thanks to its lightness, even though it has unusual aromatic complexity with notes of malt and caramel. This result is obtained by using a production process that still preserves the practice of blending three types of wort: a traditional, time-consuming method which has almost fallen into disuse. The exclusive long, complex fermentation process at low temperatures gives it a soft, unique taste that makes it stand out among other red beers.
