Grape Variety: Vlachiko
Indigenous grape variety of Epirus, with pleasant acidity, mild tannins and peppery aromatics. Rossiu di Munte means ‘red of the mountain’ in the local Metsovo Vlach dialect. Limited edition wine.
TASTING NOTES
Clear red colour and a strikingly aromatic bouquet redolent with notes of freshly ground black pepper. Satisfying acidity and soft, round tannins that melt on the palate. Light, balanced, with a delightful peppery aftertaste.

Ethereal flavours complemented by red wine; for instance, try it with robust fish dishes, charcuterie, peppery cheeses.
