TASTING NOTES
Ruby-red, with a purple sheen. In both aromatics and flavour, it preserves the fruity varietal character of Pinot Noir, coupled with earthy notes, spice and rose. It demonstrates an outstanding structure and a crisp acidity, which makes it very enjoyable with food.

Ideal with specialty meat, such as game, wild boar – equally delicious with snails.
