Description
Each bottle of Gin Mare is made at our distillery, a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada. Every bottle of Gin Mare is unique. The acidity levels of our star ingredient, the arbequina olive, change every year. This means each and every distillation is a unique culinary work of art.
Gin Mare is made using traditional techniques from the Mediterranean, through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all the characteristics of each botanical in the final product.
The botanicals that make up Gin Mare are arbequina olives from Spain, basil from Italy, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, oranges from Valencia and Seville, lemon from Seville, coriander, juniper berries and green cardamom.
