This sparkling wine comes from 40-year-old vines grown in Bellussera, an ancient farming method developed at the end of the 19th century to combat phylloxera.
Epsilon Prosecco DOC Extra Dry has a bright straw yellow color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is elegant with hints of green apple and floral notes that recall wisteria and hawthorn.
This very pleasant, light and inviting sparkling wine is extremely drinkable also thanks to the moderate alcohol content and offers the consumer a high-level taste experience, which combines tradition and innovation.
