DEAU XO, an esthete cognac! Soft, harmonious, rich and generous, our DEAU XO offers real authenticity and a wonderful balance of aromas. DEAU XO is a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois, aged in our cellars in Limousin oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Rich and balanced, it is pleasant to enjoy plain at room temperature (18 degrees) or with an ice cube.
The nose is fine and elegant and reveals floral notes of jasmine and violet as well as aromas of candied fruits such as prune and cinnamon. The finish on the palate expresses woody and floral notes which blend with each other until the ample finish and harmonious.
