Bodegas Montecillo Viña Monty Garnacha Reserva

This wonderful challenge, leaves our winery next year, on our 150 anniversary and is embedded by two great motors, the first of them the inheritance that leaves us the grandson of the founder, Jose Luis was born in 1901, trained as a winemaker and educated in Burgundy.
For the second time, dedication to the knowledge, potential and diversity of our vineyard, an important part of them with more than 30 years old, Bodegas Montecillo begins an exciting new project the relaunching of the Viña Monty Range as a representative of great wines from the Third oldest Winery of the Rioja founded in 1870.
In the case of our Garnacha Reserva, one of the vineyard plots which is mostly utilized has over 80 years old and comes from Rioja Alta, specifically from small village called Arenzana, with and altitude of 542 meters.
