CORIMBO I is the stellar wine of Bodegas LA HORRA, voluminous and at the same time fine and elegant. Comes from vineyards over 50 years old and is made 100% from the Tinta del País variety.
Performs alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, of which 40-50% are new barrels.
CORIMBO I was chosen as “Platinum Best In Show”, the best red wine in the world above 15 pounds made with Spanish varieties, at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2016 (DWWA), the world’s most prestigious wine competition.
