Grape Variety: Semillon
Biblia Chora Sole Semillon is a sweet wine that enriches the range of wines of the Estate. Sole is produced from the Sémillon variety with a small participation of Gewürztraminer. Late harvest with noble rot. Its nose shows aromas of exotic fruits, such as lime, peach, mandarin, lemon jam and honey.
PALATE
In the mouth it is richly textured, suave and silky, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and refreshing acidity.
PAIRINGS
It goes well with seafood, mainly shellfish, pork, beef, chicken, poultry or dishes with cream sauces. Also goes well with cheeses, especially blue cheese.
